Thanks topher! My technique is pretty basic. I draw on paper and ink with Staedler pigment liner pens - then erase the pencil and scan into the computer.
All the coloring is in photoshop. Using the multiply layer filter, I lay down the color areas on a new lower layer. For the outlines, I use the magic wand tool and highlight them (usually pretty easy because my lines are so thick). Then I create a new layer above the scanned drawing and color the outlines so it's not the standard black.
