Philadelphia Phillies Championship Parade 2008

Wow, I've thought many, many times that I'd never see a championship parade in Philadelphia. Here's the photos I took yesterday with my iPhone because I forgot my camera. Why'd I forget my camera? When I saw the crowd at the train station, I knew I had to get in line as fast as possible and forgot it in my car. Damn. Can we have another one of these sooner than 25 years from now that I can bring my camera to?


My brother-in-law and I were literally the last two people on the train and needless to say, it was crowded. We got into the city, bought a cheesesteak for lunch, settled in at the corner of Broad & Sansom and the rest was just awesome.





Then we went to a bar to watch the rest of the parade on TV and afterwards, of course, came the celebratory dance party.
